At Community Capacity Builders Charity, we are driven by a deep commitment to improving lives in Liverpool City Region. Learn more about our history, mission, and the dedicated team behind our mission to uplift the community.
Community Capacity Builders is a non-profit organisation formed in 2019 to assist in the support of disadvantaged and vulnerable children, young people and adults living in the Liverpool City Region. This includes those suffering from mental and/or physical illness, through our provision of a range of mental health therapy, physical activities and financial education activities.
We are delivering services that are not readily available through statutory authorities, or affordable through private provision. Our outcomes are to improve, facilitate and empower personal growth and improve life-chances through the delivery of our structured programmes.
We have decades of combined experience of working with charities/not-for-profit organisations ranging from children/young people, mental-health and post-cancer patient care. Since we were formed 4 years ago, we have helped improve the health, well-being and quality of life of thousands of people locally. We have changed our legal status from a Community Interest Company (CIC) to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in November 2024.
